My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the rooms were spacious and clean, they reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns, which was a downside. The service was below average, with attempts to eliminate smoke odor and impolite staff being major letdowns. The location was convenient for me, being in the area I wanted to stay, but being near non-smokers' windows was unpleasant. The dining experience in the morning was simple and overcrowded, although the marmalade was delicious.
